Member Card

Your Club Member Card provides a benefit to all playing and social paying club members. Just to remind you, the card is only active and the benefits available as long as you are a member with a paying membership of the club.

Activating your Member Card
The member card only stores your member ID number. When you first receive your card it is blank and needs to be activated. To do this simply hand it to a member of the bar staff and they will synchronize it with your account details stored in the till. Once you have done this the card is ready to use and all the benefits are available to you.

Pre-Loading your Member Card
With the Member Card you can pre-load the card with credit in the same way as you would pre-load an Oyster Card. At any time you can top up credit on your card. The new till stores the details of your account and available credit, so if you lose your card you do not lose your account information. All you simply have to do is replace your card at a cost of £5. To top up the card, simply hand your card and the amount in cash or cheque you wish to top up onto your card to one of the bar staff, and they will log your top up into the till and hand back your card with a receipt. You can check at any time how much credit is available in your account. The minimum top up of your card is £20

Please Do Not allow non club members to use your card to receive a discount at the bar; Do Not use someone else’s card without their knowledge; Continue your membership payment to the club; Do Not Abuse or you will be removed from it.
